• We do attempt to help make your dreams of a specific kitten color come true. However, these little babies are living animals with a personality all their own. Our first and foremost priority is matching personalities with families. You will have this little one a very long time and the best personality fit is the key to the happiest kitten and the happiest family (as well as happy resident pets).
• Kittens go home at 16 weeks of age. 
• All of our kittens have had all three sets of vaccines. Once kittens are home with their new parents they must have them into their vet for a kitten physical within three (3) business days for a quick check and a repeat fecal test and FeLV/FIV test.

Kittens are guaranteed to be

• negative for FeLV/FIV and are healthy, happy and plump little kittens. All have been veterinary checked and cleared.
• Kittens are already microchipped and spayed or neutered so it’s one less item to check off of your new baby list.
• All breeding parents are DNA tested and Neg/Neg for the Ragdoll HCM mutation as well as almost 40 other diseases and defects.
• Once you contact us and wish to reserve a kitten, we do have an adoption application for you to fill out. We just want the best for our kittens so bear with us. It’s all part of the process!
• Our kittens have a four (4) year congenital and lifetime limited genetic health guarantee. Adopter pays any shipping charges should there be a need for a replacement kitten.
• We do have an adopter’s contract. All adopters will leave here with a kitten kit and a signed copy by both parties. You will have received a copy of the adoption agreement along with your deposit agreement.
• Kittens will be altered prior to going home and we do not alter our stance.
• Deposits are accepted in several forms: Zelle, Venmo, cash, money orders are the most common.
• Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE, but they are transferable to the next litter (or, the next one after that and so on). Also, please be aware that there may be several other people interested in the same kitten. I cannot  guarantee any spots on the waiting list or for a specific kitten until I have your monetary deposit and paperwork and it has cleared the bank.
• Final payment for your new kitten may be made by Zelle, cash or money order.
